Càrn Bhac
Get off the beaten track, and hike into the wilds above Glen Ey.
Start Time: 08:15 for 08:30 start.
Location: Meet at the car park in Inverey.
Walk Grading: Level 3 walk. Find out more about our walk grading here.
Terrain: A combination of good stalkers’ tracks, grassy paths, ATV trakcs and pathless terrain.
Requirements: Some walking experience on higher hills like Scottish Munros (above 3,000ft).

Join us for a guided walk of Càrn Bhac
Càrn Bhac is an unfrequented Munro and is the most northerly of the West Mounth Munros. We’ll be starting in the small carpark in Inverey and heading up the pleasant Glen Ey to the remains of Altanour Lodge. From here we’ll cut northwest up the grassy flanks of Carn Bhac. Rather than head back down Glen Ey, we’ll head across to Carn Creagach and pick up a good track back to Inverey.
