Join us for two Munros in a rewarding, scenic circuit
Join Hillgoers for a guided ascent of Beinn a’ Chochuill and Beinn Eunaich — a superb high-level ridge walk above Loch Awe in the Southern Highlands. These two neighbouring Munros rise sharply from the head of Loch Awe and form a classic route with outstanding views across Ben Cruachan, Loch Etive a and Glen Coe peaks.
Begin with a straightforward but sustained ascent of Beinn Eunaich, gaining height quickly and opening up dramatic views. A broad ridge then leads to the neighbouring summit of Beinn a’ Chochuill, with fantastic views down to Loch Etive.
Stay locally in Lochawe, Taynuilt, or Dalmally for easy access to the surrounding mountains. Visit the dramatic Cruachan Dam, enjoy a meal by Loch Awe, or explore the fascinating history of St Conan’s Kirk.
